Aaron is a proud Chicagoan, spending most of his life in the Windy City and Atlanta. He and his wife moved to Chuburna Puerto in 2020 where they enjoy full-time beach living with their rescued street dog and two cats.

Alex is a native of Yucatán. His family is from Uman, located a few miles west of Merida. He is an administrative assistant for Mexico International.

In his own words, “I love my region and my culture, I think whoever comes to visit México will be impressed by the beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula.

My responsibilities with Mexico International are focused on administration, banking and finances. I love my work and am highly committed to the continued success of our clients and Mexico International.

Arturo is a native of Merida, Yucatan.  He grew up in the Santiago area of Centro Merida and still has family and friends in the neighborhood.  His family moved to Los Angeles in 1970.  He became a US citizen and attended schools in California.

He worked experience has included several years teaching ESL, motivational training for ALTA VIDA, production mgt for Ocean Beauty and production mgt for Nestle.

He and his wife moved back to Merida in 2003.  They have a 12-year old daughter.

Benjamin Requena is originally from Nacuché, municipality of Espita, Yucatan. He currently lives in Merida, Yucatan.

He is the one who helps in the administration of our offices.

Colm Cooney a real estate agent with over 15 years successful experience working in the Yucatan market for private homes and businesses.

I believe the primary job of a real estate agent is to really listen to the client and understand what they are looking for, are their expectations realistic and what is out there in the vast array of properties that is suitable for them. Eric Partney – A.K.A. – “Agent Eric” holds a current, active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license.  He has been continuously licensed since 1983.

During all of these years in real estate, Eric and his long-term partner have owned and operated various real estate related businesses in Atlanta and Dallas.  After working way too many hours – for way too many years, they decided to spend a year in Mexico.

San Miguel de Allende proved to be a lovely place for good times and an interesting cultural experience.  Following their 12-month sabbatical, Eric returned to Dallas and embarked upon another exciting real estate venture – partnering with David Griffin and Company whom specialized in high-end architectural projects.  It was a dynamic and rapidly growing opportunity.  But Eric and his partner had thoroughly fallen in love with Mexico.

Wanting to learn more, they escaped to Mexico every chance they could!  They visited nearly every nook and cranny of the vast Mexican countryside.  In some places they lingered for weeks and in others only a few hours.  They knew for what they were seeking.

Finally, they discovered Merida – and that was it!  The rich cultural heritage, the amazing architecture, the genuine people and the incredibly low prices for real estate made it a natural fit.

Now, after living over 12-years in Merida, even Eric’s parents comment that they have never seen him happier or more relaxed.  He and his partner currently live in one of the homes they have restored together.  In the last 12-years, they have restored numerous colonial beauties in Merida.
